On February 9, Toyota is debuting the Toyota GR Supra Performance Line Concept TRD (Toyota Racing Developing). The automaker has only released a small sketch of the concept car, but it looks like a large rear wing will be a focal point. The Supra in the sketch appears to be very low to the ground, however, it’s doubtful that Toyota installed a lowering kit, but they may have surprises up their sleeves. The wing is assumed to be a performance enhancements to produce downforce. We expect to see aerodynamic, suspension and brake enhancements to boost performance with the GR Supra.
Toyota will be unveiling the concept at the Osaka Automesse in Japan, located in the Kansai region of Japan, a little distance from the current Auto Shows touring across the United States. This auto event is basically the SEMA of Japan. The fifth-generation Supra, was debuted a couple of weeks ago at the NAIAS in Detroit. TRD will show the world how to level up the sports coupe.
