Dodge Challenger Redeye vs Demon

Oh and a TrackHawk too

The FCA Group can put together some high performance entertainment with a Dodge Challenger Redeye, a Demon and a Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk. Since most of us aren’t driving vehicles pumping out more than 700 horsepower everyday, it feels good to watch the feature clip on YouTube from High Tech Corvette. Watching the Dodge/Jeep clip on a Corvette-titled YouTube channel is a different marketing tactic, but we won’t complain.

The white Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk showed up to make some noise. It’s definitely powerful off the line. The clips don’t touch on the subject of modifications being added to the vehicles. The Jeep clocks an impressive mid-eleven second run, but gets slower the more runs it makes.

The clip also features a side-by-side race between the Dodge Challenger Demon and the Redeye. This drag race is intense, the motors rev, and the superchargers squeal. The Redeye featuring 797 horsepower is almost matched with the Demon running 840 horsepower, before the retuned computer and race fuel. The Demon also has a launch capability unparalleled with the use of an upgraded suspension system. The Redeye is amazing, but it’s no Demon. The Demon vs. Redeye is the last clip featured in the video, and worth the wait. The Redeye did a 10.44 second run, hitting 129 mph, and the Demon hit a 10.04 second run.
