The new Bentley Continental GT Convertible Bavaria Edition is an instant collector item. The Bavarian-themed Bentley has an exclusive blue top and blue interior. The online configurator offers seven different roof colors, but not the Imperial Blue reserved for the Mulliner exclusive one of a kind. Mulliner got their start as a luxury horse-drawn carriage builder in the 1500’s, but started working with Bentley in 1923. This one of a kind commission will be built in Crewe, England. The Bentley Director of Design, Stefan Sielaff, created the theme for the Bavaria edition with white and blue in honor of the German region’s flag. This one production unit has a Glacier White paint, an Imperial Blue top, and 22-inch Mulliner Driving Specification wheels. There is also a chrome-bordered Bavarian flag emblem with Mulliner Bespoke White and Light Blue Sport enamel on the front fender. Complementing the design, it has a bright chrome lower bumper grille. Just as expected, the interior is luxurious with a reverse theme of the exterior. It features Imperial Blue leather with Linen contrast piping and stitching. For an additional Bavarian flare, the headrests have a flag stitched into them. To offset the Imperial Blue, the veneer dashboard is a pearly Mulliner Glacier White. Bentley included a branded treadplate plaque to finish the interior design. This luxurious Grand Tourer is another hand-built special-edition created by Mulliner. The Continental GT Convertible Bavarian Edition will be shown at an exclusive event at the Munich Bentley dealership. The car will be sold to one lucky buyer at the event.
