The redesigned 2019 Nissan Altima has the option of all-wheel-drive. Anyone living in an area with a true winter will appreciate the AWD. In Canada, where Altimas get AWD as standard equipment has added their own flavor. Nissan of Canada is showing off the redesign by putting tracks on the all-wheel-drive Altima. Motorsports in Action, out of Quebec did the build. They added a three inch lift with subframe and suspension modifications. The shop installed Dominator tracks from American Track Truck and fitted it with custom fender flares adding 14 inches of width to the body. The new nickname for the build is Altimate AWD.
Motorsports in Action and Nissan of Canada are no strangers to custom builds with tracks. They have created other designs with a Murano, Rogue and Pathfinder. A favorite amongst the track builds include the 370Zki. With it’s rear-wheel-drive, Nissan put tracks in the rear and skis on the front. They went even further by using a convertible, creating a true Santa’s Sleigh. What else do they have up their sleeve?
