After GMC introduced the all-new 2019 Sierra AT4 earlier this year, it now has an Off-Road Performance Package available. This truck was already designed to challenge the Ram Rebel and now the pickup is getting a performance package option from the factory. The Off-Road Performance Package includes the 6.2-liter V8 engine paired with a ten speed automatic transmission, cat-back performance exhaust system, performance air intake and 18-inch aluminum wheels with Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac tires. With the additional air-flow, the package adds 15 horsepower and 9 pound-feet of torture over the stock 6.2 liter engine. This brings the total output to 435 horsepower and 469 pound-feet of torque.
The Off-Road Performance Package adds to the standard two-inch lift, four-wheel drive with two-speed transfer case, locking rear differentials, skid plates, Rancho off-road shocks and hill descent control. The wheels and tires are available as options currently. The package is available to order now for $4,940. One big benefit of purchasing the package from GM, the warranty remains intact.
