Another huge sold sign coming from Barrett-Jackson charity auction. The 2019 Ford GT Heritage Edition supercar VIN# 001 sold for $2.5 million to Rick Hendrick of Hendrick Motorsports. The proceeds going to the charity Unity Way for Southeastern Michigan. The Ford GT Heritage Edition was first seen during Pebble Beach week. Featuring light blue and orange color scheme like the 1968 Le Mans-winning GT40 or the famous number 9 race car.

The 2019 Ford GT Heritage Edition sale price smoked John Cena’s Ford GT at $1.4 million. The Heritage Edition did sell for over five times the actual MSRP. This is the second car to break the $2 million dollar mark at the auction. The first being the Toyota Supra sold at $2.1 million.
